Wellspot 2008 was presented on March 29th 2008. The core focus of the event was to educate, empower and facilitate incredible workshops on preventive health, work-life balance, leadership, nutrition, fitness and stress management. The event also incorporated the arts with special performances in both dance and music by two of Canada’s leading entertainment artists.
