Rescue Mission on South China Sea Part 1

Founded in 1980, BPSOS launched rescue-at-sea missions to protect Vietnamese boat people from piracy and natural dangers on the high seas. By 1990, these missions had rescued over 3,300 boat people and resettled them in free free countries.
