That's Al Crook on bass. He is a Montreal institution and landmark for anybody who has been around the local music scene as far back as the late 70's. I jammed with him once, he was playing guitar. He blew me away with Adam's Apple by Aerosmith. He once had a guitar repair shop on top of Steve's Music Store, way back when. After the mysterious fire that gutted Steve's, his lease was not renewed. He is one hell of a character, super knowlegeable on everything musical and guitar repair. If you meet him, you'll never forget him.
