Google's video time index Points and the OPML Editor

Screencast which shows how a new time index that Google developers have added to URLs for video.google.com can be used in conjunction with the OPML Editor application to create media index outline documents which allow one to find the beginnings of interesting moments in a video sequence and start to play the indexed video at those instants. At the end of the screencast, I request that Google developers make an additional change to their video URL syntax, to add a stopping point, so that URLs can be crafted which will play Excerpts within a larger video sequence.
