yeah, I generally use a tunnel anyway but this was just what I submitted to the contest...
The real deal was done using an automated script, but yes, Im sure they could have checked the logs and gotten mad at me.
If you are interested in knowing, the admins were extremely cool (I believe what they said was "well played") about it and we have since established a dialog and talk often about their site and how to improve various aspects of it.
Seriously though, it was a hack contest! I cant help it if I hacked the contest!

One of my previous videos got chosen for a "cool hacks" contest. Long story short, I made this video of me hacking the contests votes to win the contest and submitted it to the contest... and they allowed its entry. So far at least. So what better entry to a hack contest than a video showing how to hack the contest? Enjoy.
