Preparing a File to digitize

To start, open Adobe Photoshop, go to File > New , open a blank document (12" x 17" at 300 pixels / inch), Then open the design to work with, we recommend to use vector based files such EPS, PDF and AI which are the most compatible. Then size it to the actual size of the embroidery The most common sizing for Left Chest is 3.75" wide but use your eye to make bigger or smaller depending on the size. Then save as a jpg, fill in the email form (a copy of the form is at the end of the Manual) and then email it to the Digitizing Factory along with the design.
