SUPER SMOKER BBQ in Eureka MO has got to be one of the best BBQ shacks I have ever been to. Their sauces are good enough eat with a spoon, and founder Terry Black is one hell of a character! If you are ANYWHERE in the St. Louis region you MUST stop in at SUPER SMOKERS for a trademark pork steak (only in St. Louis) and some BBQ'd Nachos and ribs. If you like BBQ Beans, hate BBQ Beans or live for BBQ beans - their beans are the BEST! Sounds like a commercial I know, but I just cannot praise this place enough - Demand to see Terry's celebrity meat impressions and stay outta that smoker!
