In this early and rarely seen Popeye animation, Popeye sails into Mexico...on a whale! Olive is in a cantina doing a very wacky Mexican hat dance, and Popeye enjoys the show. That is, until Bluto comes in and clears the bar. Popeye eventually eats his spinach and he and Bluto compete.
