(SunnyInLA.com) These are the gardens of the Central Library in downtown Los Angeles. That's the US Bank Tower at the end, better known as the Library Tower or First Interstate World Center, at 633 West Fifth Street. It is not only the tallest building in California, but also the tallest North American skyscraper west of Chicago. Why didn't I speak? It's the library!
