Chris Otten Joins the 2006 Mayoral Race

On May 1, 2006, The "Undoing the Damage" Campaign was officially included in the 2006 Mayor's Race. Chris Otten, on International Workers Day, went down to the Board of Election and Ethics and signed up to run. Chris wound up running against Adrian Fenty(D) and David Kranich(R) as a member of the DC Statehood-Green Party winding up with more than 4% of the vote. Overall the Statehood-Green Candidates almost doubled the Republicans in votes and hence can claim to be the second alternative party here in the District. Oughta Be Otten!
