The land once under the rule of the notorious khmer rouge is now a popular tourist destination in Cambodia a town called Siem Riep which stands for "Siamese Defeat". Siem Riep also serves as the gateway to all the famous Angkorian Temples. Today my stay at the SOKHA ANGKOR HOTEL which is a 5 star jewel and a prison block only three years ago. The famous fresh water lake Tonle Sap Lake which is also the biggest in South East Asia spanning over 13,000 sq kms
