Where do you work and write as you bicycle tour abroad or travel overseas while working on the road?

This is a good question about how we travel, bicycle tour, and write books. Even text editing for photos, videos, and magazine articles is work that has to be done on the computer while we travel. Working abroad or overseas this way is not the same as working in your home country. Our office is laid out on a park bench, picnic table, hostel common room, and in our tent on long rainy nights.
