On Jan. 3/4, 2008 a huge storm hit the West Coast of North America with with a low pressure equal to a category 3 hurricane. I filmed the wind and rain from my dock in Richardson Bay, Sausalito CA which is part of the San Francisco Bay. The United States Coast Guard performs a rescue of a powerboat adrift with one person aboard.
