WVHS Marching Band 1st Place Parade Division

The West Valley High School Marching Band (Spokane Valley, WA) took 1st place in the 2006 Auburn (WA) Veteran's Day Parade, and also took 1st place in the Marching Band Field Show Competition held later that day, winning the 1A division against 8 other bands in that division. The parade marching will be a LOT better by the end of the school year. Last year, they were selected by nationwide audition to marching the National Cherry Blossom Festival Parade in Washington, D.C. The band's web site is at http://wvbands.org
